10 of the best cars with massage seats 2026

Aaaahhh, lovely. Soothe your aches and pains with a massage seat – just don’t undress and fall asleep like you might in a spa…

Massage seats use moving pads built into the frame to imitate a well-trained masseuse. Cars with massage seats generally use the lumbar support to repeatedly press against your back to try and remove aches and knots – although some buyers just like the feeling of it, rather than using it for any possible health benefits.

Not long ago this bit of luxury would’ve been reserved for high-end, high-price cars, but you might be surprised at the choice of cars on this list – and how many are available as nearly new and used cars from Motorpoint.

This is the case for the Peugeot 5008, too, which comes with two extra seats and a bigger boot.
