Very easy transition when changing car. The salesman Mathew Ainsworth was extremely helpful and patient with me a 77 year old who had recently lost her husband who had previously used Motorpoint.

Five stars, well deserved! Excellent choice of cars available at great prices. The whole process from first logging on to Motorpoint, to actually collecting my new car could not have gone smoother! Communication from Motorpoint was spot on, always friendly, as well as patient! I cannot recommend Motorpoint highly enough! Thank you!

Great price for new car, even got a great part exchange, but to be in the showroom when picking car up for 1.5 hours was just a bit too long, Train your staff better to deal with any problems that may arise. Also ordered car mats with the car. You do not get the mats until a week later. In saying that I am a week down the line from driving my car out of showroom and still no mats. This needs to be a better service when it comes to after care. Now 10 days later and still no car mats. Edit: Called Motorpoint customer Service they said they will get in touch with company about mats and get back to me. 2 days later, still nothing. I had also filled in a customer care form a week ago and nothing back. After sales do not care once they have your money. Had a great experience up until this.

Communication excellent throughout the exchange processs with regular updates and reminders. Very helpful, patient staff in Edinburgh and the other headquarters. Pleasant to be allowed to take our time and not feel rushed throughout the process. This is the fifth time we have used Motorpoint and hope to continue to do so should we require another car purchase in the future.

My thanks to Anna for taking the time and bearing with me as we put the right deal together. Thanks to Motorpoint generally for giving us the space and time to think it through, with the absence of any aggressive sales pitch which was much appreciated.
