I had issues with the dvla regarding my trade in, but Dan was brilliant and so patient and helpful.

The car was imaculate on collection. The staff were very friendly. There was no Sat Nav SD card, so therefore no Sat nav, but customer service reimbursed me for the missing card and communication was outstanding from start to finish.
