Motorpoint branches closed to visitors due to new COVID-19 regulations

Motorpoint has temporarily closed all its stores to customers wanting to browse vehicles due to the new COVID-19 restrictions

“While our stores may temporarily be closed to customers hoping to browse our extensive choice of low mileage, nearly new cars, there is still the option to go online and utilise our free Reserve and Collect and Home Delivery services”

The UK’s largest independent car retailer, which has just opened its latest branch in Stockton-on-Tees following a multi-million-pound investment in the site on Teesside, has a network of branches across England, Scotland and Wales.

Customers still have the option over the coming weeks to go online and reserve their car for collection from their nearest store, even on the same day if they would prefer.* And, to ensure collections are contactless, all paperwork is completed on their online collections portal. All stores will be open for collections between 10am – 6pm between Monday and Friday and between 10am – 4pm on Saturday. Reserve and Collect will not be available on a Sunday.

Alternatively, customers can take advantage of Motorpoint’s free Home Delivery service and have their next low mileage, nearly new car brought to their door anywhere on the UK mainland. This is backed a 14-day money back guarantee to ensure total piece of mind when purchasing.

Mark Carpenter, Chief Executive Officer at Motorpoint, explained: “While our stores may temporarily be closed to customers hoping to browse our extensive choice of low mileage, nearly new cars over the next few weeks, there is still the option to go online and utilise our free Reserve and Collect and Home Delivery services. Our online team are available seven days a  week, including until 8pm weekdays, to provide all the help and advice that customers may need to ensure they choose the right car for them, and they can collect or have it to delivered to them at a time to suit.” 

Motorpoint currently stocks over 6,000 low mileage, nearly news cars and light commercial vehicles from 30 different manufacturers across its group, all of which have less than 30,000 miles.
