Why buy a used Jaecoo 7 Luxury?

Luxury is the range-topping trim available on petrol and plug-in-hybrid versions of the Jaecoo 7. This version adds all-wheel drive to petrol models, along with power-adjustable heated and ventilated front seats, a heated steering wheel, adjustable driver lumbar support and faux-leather upholstery. There's also a larger infotainment screen, a head-up display and an eight-speaker Sony stereo.

Like the rest of the Jaecoo 7 lineup, Luxury versions look and feel like much pricier European SUVs but at a fraction of the cost. Practicality is respectable for the class, and material quality outpaces similarly priced rivals, which can feel a bit plasticky.

Key features of the Jaecoo 7 Luxury:

• 19-inch alloy wheels
• Power-adjustable heated and cooled front seats
• Power-adjustable driver's lumbar support
• Heated steering wheel
• Faux-leather upholstery
• Infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
• Head-up display
• Eight-speaker Sony stereo
