Used Cupra Ateca cars for sale or finance at 10.9% APR
The Cupra Ateca was Cupra's first car – based on the sporty SEAT Ateca SUV (itself spawned from the Volkswagen Tiguan), but with the power turned up to 10. The first Cupra Ateca models used a powerful 300hp 2.0-litre petrol engine, but more frugal options have been added to the range since. All Atecas sold by Motorpoint come with the lowest prices guaranteed and flexible finance.

Why buy a used Cupra Ateca
The Cupra Ateca is a practical family SUV that also packs sporty acceleration (if you get the 2.0-litre engine instead of the 1.5), eye-catching looks and sharper handling than something like the related Volkswagen Tiguan. Because the Cupra Ateca's built on Volkswagen Group parts, you can expect solid build quality and reasonable running costs.

Owning a Cupra Ateca
The Cupra Ateca is a sporty car with impressive acceleration in top-spec 300hp models. But alongside that 0-62mph time of 4.9 seconds, you're getting a car that's practical with a useful 485 litres of space in four-wheel-drive models. There's also enough space in the back for adults. The infotainment system is starting to show its age a little, but you'll still be able to mirror your smartphone to the screen.
Fuel efficiency for the 300hp 2.0-litre Cupra Ateca will hover around 30mpg in real-world use, but the 190hp 2.0-litre version and the 150hp 1.5-litre will fare much better, with the latter getting more than 40mpg quite easily.

Cupra Ateca FAQs
The Cupra Ateca is 4.39m long, 2.08m wide and has a 485-litre boot in four-wheel-drive models. It's a little shorter than a Volkswagen Tiguan.
2.0-litre versions of the Cupra Ateca have a 485-litre boot – slightly smaller than the 510-litre boot you get in front-wheel-drive 1.5-litre models.
You have a choice of a 1.5-litre petrol with 150hp, a 2.0-litre petrol with 190hp, or the range-topping 300hp 2.0-litre. The latter is by far the most exciting Ateca experience, with a 0-62mph time of just under five seconds. It's a torquey engine too though, and makes the Ateca feel as fast as it looks. Just expect fuel economy of around 30mpg.
