FIAT 500 Car Review
A modern motoring style statement
The Italian’s are the masters of making cool looking small city cars - after all they’ve been doing it for years.
The original 500 was a monster sales success and Fiat seeing the success of the re-invented Mini sensibly decided it was time to bring back a new modern 500. And the dinky 500 is a master class in how to make a small car desirable, this is a little car that turn heads like a baby Ferrari for the masses.
Like the Mini the new version of the 500 is a thoroughly modern interpretation of the original, but instantly recognisable. Although initially aimed at women, lots of men can now be seen behind the wheel, especially with the Abarth high performance version available to provide extra performance at an affordable price.
The 500 is just as cool on the inside with body colour co-ordinated trim on the dashboard and doors, and patterned seat trim that add to the fun factor of the car. And it’s a blast to drive especially in city traffic, perfect for nipping in and out of traffic.
It’s tight for interior space, particularly in the back, but no-one will be buying the 500 for its space - this car is very much a motoring style statement.
* Super cool styling - inside and outside * Easy to drive * Perfect for city traffic *
