But what if the unthinkable happens and you buy a vehicle from us and then find a similar car or van cheaper elsewhere within seven days?
Tell us and we’ll not only refund the difference, but we’ll send you a £50 Amazon voucher as well. This is the Motorpoint Price Promise.
To claim your refund and £50 Amazon voucher, you’ll need to send proof of the similar vehicle to our customer care team – or call them on 01332 227 227 – within seven days of placing your order.
What counts as a similar car for the Motorpoint Price Promise?
You can read the full Motorpoint Price Promise T&Cs here, but the important things to consider are that the cheaper car you’ve found must be the same as your new car in terms of:
- Specification (trim level)
- Optional extras
- Age (eg. if your car is a 21 plate, the cheaper car you’ve found must also be on a 21 plate)
- Service history
It must have had a similar number of previous owners and the mileage must be within 1,000 miles of your new car. It must also be sold by a reliable retail outlet or car supermarket – we can't accept vehicles sold by private sellers or sole traders.
And remember, we can only accept claims made within seven days of placing the order for your car (please note, this is not the same as your collection date unless you opt for same-day driveaway).
How to claim against the Motorpoint Price Promise
If the cheaper car you’ve found meets all the above criteria then get in touch by emailing our customer care team or calling them on 01332 227 227 and we’ll start the process.
The refund will be in the form of a cheque sent to the address and person on your Motorpoint invoice, and we’ll email you your £50 Amazon voucher.
