Motorpoint partners with Prince of Wales Hospice to support Christmas Lights at Farmer Copley's

16 December 2016 Press Release

Motorpoint has teamed up with the Prince of Wales Hospice to give one lucky person the chance to win £100 worth of Love2Shop before Christmas

“We wanted to add a bit of extra festive cheer to the Christmas Lights at Farmer Copley’s and thought the selfie competition in the photo booth would be a great idea”

The UK’s leading car supermarket, which opened its Castleford branch in April this year, has agreed to sponsor the Hospice’s hugely popular Christmas Lights at Farmer Copley’s event in Pontefract which runs until December 23.

And, as part of its sponsorship, Motorpoint has created a special festive ‘selfie’ booth on the farm for visitors to share their photographs. To be in with a chance of winning simply share your photograph on Twitter with the Prince of Wales Hospice (@pwhospice) and Motorpoint (@motorpoint). The winner will be selected at random on December 20 and presented with their £100 worth of Love2Shop vouchers at Motorpoint in Castleford shortly afterwards.

James Faulkner, General Manager of Motorpoint Castleford, said: “We wanted to add a bit of extra festive cheer to the Christmas Lights at Farmer Copley’s and thought the selfie competition in the photo booth would be a great idea.”

Motorpoint in Castleford is based on Whistler Drive in Castleford. It stocks over 400 new and nearly new, low mileage cars from over 30 manufacturers. Open seven days a week, and until 8pm weekdays, it boasts free Wi-Fi plus a Customer Cafe serving a wide selection of hot and cold foods.
