Motorpoint is among a select number of UK retailers to be awarded coveted Platinum status by Feefo

The UK’s leading independent car retailer, which recently opened its’ 13th branch in Swansea after a multi-million pound investment in South West Wales, has been recognised by the global reviews and customer insights technology company for its outstanding customer service.

Motorpoint has become one of a select number of businesses to be included in the brand new Platinum category in recognition for achieving three consecutive years of Feefo Gold Trusted Service status. To qualify for a Feefo Gold Trusted Service award Motorpoint had to collect at least 50 reviews with a rating of 4.5 or above from customers across England, Scotland and Wales over a 12 month period.
