A very relaxed environment with knowlagable stff at hand.

this was a quick process with no issues, just 1 problem having the camara's fitted is an issue as they can not give a time of fitting, due to working mon-fri this is difficult to fit in so having to wait till october to get them fitted. They only give times till 4pm and thats when i finish.

I found the website very easy to navigate with lots of information and details. The pricing and quality of the cars is very good. The emails and communications were also very good. The handover was hassle free without any time pressure. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised especially when comparing with other car supermarkets.

My experience was great because of the member of staff who dealt with me. The car is perfect for me but the valet ing was not great.

Took over two hours to sort out paperwork!! Guy was helpful but inexperienced.. kept having to double check with management.. appointment was 1 . Not seen till 1/40 and no apology.

Fantastic experience from first (and only phone call), I needed a car the next day a a no deposit option, sorted under 24 hours! No fuss very helpful and amazing choice of vehicles.
