We spoke to Tom who dealt with us for a couple of days until the new car arrived, we were constantly informed as to how everything was proceeding which was brilliant. We were given the time to look around the car do a full inspection of our own went out on a test drive everything thing was excellent. We liked that there was no pressure car sales talk everything was friendly, comfortable and the coffee is good too. Thank you Tom for making us feel welcome for your professionalism and also treating us like friends it makes all the difference. Although we only got the car yesterday I know when the time comes we will definitely be looking at Motorpoint again this is our 2nd purchase through this company we would highly recommend them. I visited Motorpoint in Burnley on the 26th April 25 to have a look at what cars were available. On entering I was approached by a lovely gentleman called Abraham who explained where the cars I was interested in was situated. On having a look around i found a car which I was very interested in and on the same day I was taking the car home. The service I received from Abraham was excellent, he explained everything so I could understand, helped with taxing the vehicle and private number plate retention, to be honest I could not fault him at all the service was excellent. This is the second car I have purchased from Motorpoint and not had any issues so far. Keep up the good work and and excellent customer service.

Sophie at Peterborough branch was just amazing. She was not the usual 'pushy' car saleman! She was helpful, knowledgeable and just very genuine. She sourced our car from a different branch and we are very happy with it and the effiency and professionalism we received from her and Motorpoint generally. Thank you and very well done!
