Motorpoint VIP is available to eligible returning Motorpoint customers only.
To become a Motorpoint VIP member, customers must have purchased two or more vehicles from Motorpoint within a rolling five year period. This means there must be no more than five years between qualifying vehicle purchases. Eligibility is assessed using the purchase date of each vehicle.
Submission of a Motorpoint VIP application does not guarantee membership. All applications are subject to eligibility checks and approval by Motorpoint.
Motorpoint VIP membership is free.
Membership and all associated benefits are personal to the named member and cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
VIP members will have access to a range of benefits and experiences. Benefits may be added, changed, updated or withdrawn at Motorpoint's discretion.
Free tickets and exclusive VIP experiences are available to VIP members subject to availability. Opportunities may include selected events and experiences at Motorpoint Arena, as well as partner rewards and experiences including sporting events, shows, festivals and VIP promotions in and around Motorpoint’s 22 store locations.
Tickets, experiences and partner rewards may be offered through prize draws, competitions, promotional campaigns or other opportunities where applicable. Entry into a prize draw, competition or promotion does not guarantee that a member will receive tickets, prizes or experiences. Additional terms and conditions may apply to individual promotions.
The VIP Shopping Experience is available at participating Motorpoint stores only and is subject to availability. The experience provides eligible VIP members with a more personalised shopping experience and dedicated support from an experienced Motorpoint team member.
Benefits, rewards, tickets and experiences are subject to availability and may be amended, replaced, suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
Motorpoint may introduce additional VIP benefits from time to time. Any new benefits may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
Motorpoint reserves the right to refuse, suspend or remove membership where a customer does not meet the eligibility criteria or where the programme is misused.
By joining Motorpoint VIP, customers agree to receive communications relating to the Motorpoint VIP programme. Marketing communications remain subject to the customer's marketing preferences, which can be updated at any time.
