TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Eligibility Criteria
    1.1 To qualify for our Price Match (the “Offer”), the vehicle must meet all of the following
    criteria at the time of inspection:
    a) It is less than 4 years old (75/25/74/24/73/23/72/22/71/21);
    b) It has recorded fewer than 40,000 miles;
    c) It has a complete and verifiable full service history (“FSH”);
    d) It has had no more than 3 previous registered keepers;
    e) Its current retail valuation does not exceed £40,000.
    1.2 Vehicles that do not meet the above eligibility requirements will not be considered
    for the Offer but may still be appraised for a standard purchase valuation at our
    discretion. 
  2. Valuation Beat Guarantee
    2.1 Subject to meeting the eligibility criteria, we will beat any genuine, like-for-like retail
    valuation (the “Comparison Valuation”) by a minimum of £100.
    2.2 The Comparison Valuation must:
    a) Be provided in writing by a recognised UK motor retailer or franchised dealer;
    b) Be dated within the last 7 calendar days;
    c) Reflect the vehicle’s true specification, mileage, ownership history, and overall
    condition;
    d) Be based on a final retail valuation and not an indicative or provisional price.
    2.3 We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of any Comparison Valuation. 
  3. Exclusions
    3.1 The Offer is not applicable to valuations obtained from auction platforms or
    auction-based pricing models, including but not limited to CarWow, Motorway, or
    similar services, as these represent projected auction outcomes rather than confirmed
    retail valuations.
    3.2 The Offer is not available for:
    a) Vehicles with outstanding safety recalls, unresolved mechanical issues, or material
    defects;
    b) Vehicles with mileage discrepancies, incomplete or falsified service history, or
    undeclared damage;
    c) Grey imports or vehicles not originally supplied as UK specification. 
  4. Vehicle Inspection and Verification
    4.1 All vehicles presented under the Offer are subject to a physical inspection and
    history check, including but not limited to service history verification, HPI checks, and
    condition appraisal.
    4.2 Should the inspection identify discrepancies, faults, or conditions differing
    materially from the information provided to us or from the Comparison Valuation, we
    reserve the right to:
    a) Withdraw the Offer; or
    b) Adjust the valuation accordingly. 
  5. Fees and Payment
    5.1 We do not charge any administrative, transaction, or processing fees in connection
    with the sale of the vehicle to us.
    5.2 In the majority of cases (approximately 99%), we pay the full quoted valuation,
    provided the vehicle’s condition and documentation match what was declared.
    5.3 Payment will be made promptly after successful completion of the inspection,
    ownership verification, and any required paperwork. Payment methods will be
    explained at point of sale. 
  6. Booking and Handover
    6.1 We will arrange a handover appointment at the seller’s convenience, subject to
    availability.
    6.2 The Offer is contingent on the vehicle being delivered to us for inspection within a
    reasonable time frame, typically within 14 calendar days of issuing our valuation. 
  7. Right to Decline Purchase
    7.1 We reserve the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable UK
    consumer protection legislation, to decline the purchase of any vehicle that does not
    meet our eligibility or quality standards. 
  8. General
    8.1 These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer
    law.
    8.2 We may amend or withdraw the Offer at any time. Any such changes will not affect
    valuations already issued in writing and still within their validity period.
    8.3 By presenting a vehicle for appraisal under this Offer, you agree to be bound by these
    Terms & Conditions. 
  9. Claiming the Offer
    9.1 Upon submission of your final valuation, you will receive an email confirming the
    valuation amount which has been offered.  
    9.2 To claim the offer, you must select the ‘Claim my offer’ link within the email and
    complete the survey.
    9.3 Once the survey has been submitted, we will review your claim, and notify you of the
    outcome within 7 days.
