Motorpoint has opened its newest store in Stockton-on-Tees - just in time for Christmas.
The UK’s leading independent car retailer has transformed the former Jennings Ford dealership on Yarm Road, two minutes from Preston Farm, as part of its ongoing nationwide expansion programme.
Motorpoint, which has a network of stores throughout England, Scotland and Wales, including a long-established store also in the North East in Birtley, County Durham, began welcoming customers through the door of its store last week following a multi-million-pound investment in the five-acre site.
Richard Start, General Manager at Motorpoint Stockton-on-Tees, said: “We’re absolutely delighted to finally be able to welcome customers through the doors of our great, new store in Stockton-on-Tees. We hope our arrival will bring some much-needed cheer to car buyers across Teesside over the festive period.”
The launch of Motorpoint Stockton-on-Tees will be supported over the coming weeks with a heavyweight regional media campaign across print, outdoor, radio and TV. This includes a chance to win £5,000 on Blue Monday in the ‘Motorpoint Miles’ game live on the Breakfast Show on Metro and TFM with Steve and Karen.
