Bank Details

The preferred method of payment for Motorpoint is for funds to be transferred directly to our customer receipts bank account.

Our bank details are (sort code) 30-92-59 (account number) 78152060.

The payment reference for payment should be order number and stock number. This will be included on your sales order.

Once funds have been received by Motorpoint and allocated to your order you will receive a text confirming receipt and that your vehicle is ready for collection. We will do our best to allocate funds as quickly as possible, but this may take up to 24 hours. Any payment queries can be e-mailed to Customer.receipts@motorpoint.co.uk. Please include your order number, stock number, date of payment, your bank account details sent from and payment amount.

In the unlikely event that a refund is required from Motorpoint then refunds will be made by bank transfer by the end of the next business day following the request for refund.

Motorpoint can also accept credit or debit cards on site at point of collection, this process may increase the time that is taken for collection to be completed.

There is no charge for using a debit card. A 2% charge for using a credit card will be applied but the first £1,000 for any purchase will not be subject to charge.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept; cash, personal cheques, bankers drafts or building society cheques.
