Mercedes C-Class Coupe FAQs

In a word – sumptuous. The C-Class Coupe's cabin styling is dramatic and eye-catching, with almost every surface covered in leather, wood or metal. A bright, quick-responding infotainment system takes pride of place in the middle of the dashboard, and you'll find a handy click-wheel controller on the centre console to control the screen easier without taking your eyes off the road.

The C-Class Coupe is a four-seater car with no centre-rear seat. That's for the best because the back seats are already relatively cramped – adults will fit back there, but there's not much leg, head or elbow room and the small  side windows give it a slightly claustrophobic atmosphere.

Space up front is much better, with lots of room to stretch out, and there's a decent-sized boot at the back, with plenty of room for a holiday's worth of luggage.

The C-Class Coupe is slightly less than 4.7 metres long – exactly the same length as the four-door Mercedes C-Class saloon. That means, despite its elegant form, the C-Class Coupe has a similar footprint to big SUVs like the Peugeot 5008 and Mercedes GLC. All cars come with parking sensors, which makes managing the C-Class's size a little easier in tight parking spots.

Yes. The majority of C-Class Coupes are rear-wheel drive. This is a traditional choice both for luxury coupes and Mercedes' larger models.

Four-wheel drive is an option on some C-Class Coupe engines. These cars are badged as 4Matic models.
