Competition Terms and Conditions

Please read below for terms and conditions for the following live competitions:

Motorpoint £100 Tesco Gift Card Monthly Prize Draw

1. Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of Motorpoint, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Competition Period

• The competition begins on 15th November 2024 and continues as a rolling monthly prize draw with no specific end date (the “Competition Period”).
• Motorpoint reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time without notice.

3. How to Enter

• To enter the competition, participants must submit their Net Promoter Score (NPS) via the survey or entry form provided by Motorpoint.
• Each NPS submission during the relevant month qualifies as an entry for that month’s prize draw.

4. Entry Requirements

• Participants may enter only once per monthly draw.
• Incomplete or invalid entries will not be considered.

5. Selection of Winners

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received within each monthly competition period.
• The draw will take place within 7 days of the end of each month, and winners will be notified by email within 5 working days of the draw.
• Winners must respond to the notification within 14 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

6. Prizes

• Each monthly prize draw winner will receive a £100 Tesco Gift Card.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

7. General Conditions

• By participating in the competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Motorpoint, which are final and binding in all matters related to the competition.
• Motorpoint reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical conduct.
• Motorpoint is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to lost or delayed entries due to technical problems.
• Motorpoint reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

8. Privacy

• Personal information collected from participants will be used in accordance with Motorpoint’s Privacy Policy. By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Motorpoint is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the competition or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

10. Governing Law

• The competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Castleford Tigers Season Tickets Competition

1. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
• Employees of Motorpoint, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate

2. Competition Period

1. The giveaway begins on 26th November 2025 and ends on 1st January 2026

3. How to Enter

• To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the entry form provided by Motorpoint
• Each entry submission during the time frame for the giveaway qualifies as an entry for the prize draw

4. Selection of Winners

• Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries when the giveaway has closed - 1st January

5. Prizes

• 2 x season tickets for Castleford Tigers matches throughout the 2026 season

Amazon voucher Christmas social comp

1. Eligibility 

• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 
• Employees of Motorpoint, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 

2. Competition Period 

1. There are 3 competitions, dates as follows: 

• Competition 1: 3^rd December 2025 to 10^th December 2025 
• Competition 2: 10^th December 2025 to 17^th December 2025 
• Competition 3: 17^th December 2025 to 24^th December 2025.  
• Motorpoint reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time without notice. 

3. How to Enter

4. Entry Requirements 

• Participants may enter only once per competition. 
• Incomplete or invalid entries will not be considered. 

5. Selection of Winners 

• Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on the date when each competition has closed (10^th December/ 17^th December/ 24^th December). 
• Winners must respond to the notification within 3 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

• £50 Amazon voucher to be redeemed online for each competition which will be sent via email. 
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
