1. Motorpoint £100 Tesco Gift Card Monthly Prize Draw

1. Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Motorpoint, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Competition Period

The competition begins on 15th November 2024 and continues as a rolling monthly prize draw with no specific end date (the “Competition Period”).
Motorpoint reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time without notice.

3. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must submit their Net Promoter Score (NPS) via the survey or entry form provided by Motorpoint.
Each NPS submission during the relevant month qualifies as an entry for that month’s prize draw.

4. Entry Requirements

Participants may enter only once per monthly draw.
Incomplete or invalid entries will not be considered.

5. Selection of Winners

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received within each monthly competition period.
The draw will take place within 7 days of the end of each month, and winners will be notified by email within 5 working days of the draw.
Winners must respond to the notification within 14 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

6. Prizes

Each monthly prize draw winner will receive a £100 Tesco Gift Card.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

7. General Conditions

By participating in the competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Motorpoint, which are final and binding in all matters related to the competition.
Motorpoint reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical conduct.
Motorpoint is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to lost or delayed entries due to technical problems.
Motorpoint reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected from participants will be used in accordance with Motorpoint’s Privacy Policy. By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Motorpoint is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the competition or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

10. Governing Law

The competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

3. Motorpoint Leeds Youth Sports Sponsorship

1. Eligibility

This initiative is open to youth sports teams across Leeds and the surrounding areas.

2. During the Sponsorship

As part of the initiative, teams will get new kits sponsored by Motorpoint. Motorpoint would ask to be the only sponsor to have its logo prominently displayed. Where this isn’t possible, Motorpoint would need to know in advance of the kit/uniform being ordered.
Teams must not do anything likely to be detrimental to Motorpoint’s brand and associated goodwill.

3. Competition Period

Applications open on Monday 15^th June 2026, and will close on Friday 3^rd July. Successful teams will be contacted by Friday 10^th July.
Motorpoint reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time without notice.

4. How to Apply

5. Entry Requirements

The team you are entering on behalf of is an under-16s sports team based in Leeds and the surrounding areas
Incomplete or invalid entries will not be considered.

Motorpoint will select successful teams from all eligible entries. Those successful will be notified within 5 working days of the activity ending.
Winners must respond to the notification within 14 days to claim their sponsorship. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the funds.

7. Prizes

All 22 successful teams will secure £1,000 worth of sponsorship. This is primarily to be used towards new uniforms. Any remaining funds can be used towards equipment and competition fees.
