Competition Terms and Conditions

Please read below for terms and conditions for the following live competitions:

Motorpoint £250 Fuel Voucher Monthly Prize Draw

1. Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of Motorpoint, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Competition Period

• The competition begins on 15th November 2024 and continues as a rolling monthly prize draw with no specific end date (the “Competition Period”).
• Motorpoint reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time without notice.

3. How to Enter

• To enter the competition, participants must submit their Net Promoter Score (NPS) via the survey or entry form provided by Motorpoint.
• Each NPS submission during the relevant month qualifies as an entry for that month’s prize draw.

4. Entry Requirements

• Participants may enter only once per monthly draw.
• Incomplete or invalid entries will not be considered.

5. Selection of Winners

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received within each monthly competition period.
• The draw will take place within 7 days of the end of each month, and winners will be notified by email within 5 working days of the draw.
• Winners must respond to the notification within 14 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

6. Prizes

• Each monthly prize draw winner will receive a £250 Tesco E-Gift Card.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

7. General Conditions

• By participating in the competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Motorpoint, which are final and binding in all matters related to the competition.
• Motorpoint reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical conduct.
• Motorpoint is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to lost or delayed entries due to technical problems.
• Motorpoint reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

8. Privacy

• Personal information collected from participants will be used in accordance with Motorpoint’s Privacy Policy. By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Motorpoint is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the competition or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

10. Governing Law

• The competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Scratch card prize

Please read the relevant terms and conditions for the prize you have won. 

1. 2 x tickets to a show of your choice at Motorpoint Arena, Nottingham

Tickets are for 2 x seats together in main bowl area of the arena.

Tickets are subject to availability.

Tickets must be claimed by 1st September 2025.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or other alternatives.

2. 2 x tickets to a Panthers home game at Motorpoint Arena, Nottingham

Tickets are for 2 x seats together in main bowl area of the arena.

Tickets are valid for next season only and are subject to availability.

Tickets must be claimed by 1st September 2025.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or other alternatives.

3. Free car valet at Motorpoint Derby

Can only be redeemed at Motorpoint Derby by calling to pre book: 01332 347 357. 

Booking dates and times are subject to availability.

Must be claimed by 31^st August 2025.

Motorpoint are not responsible for any perceived damage and the vehicles are left at the owner's risk.

4. Extra £250 on your part exchange

Offer entitles part exchange customers to an additional £250 on top of the valuation received for their part exchange vehicle to be used towards the purchase of a new car, valid until 1st September 2025.

The additional £250 incentive will be added to the valuation price of their part exchange vehicle by a Sales Manager at point of purchase.

Offer can only be used once per purchase.

The valuation is subject to a car appraisal, and car eligibility. Please see our Part Exchange Terms.

A car appraisal is a physical inspection of your car completed at our Norwich store. This will cover the internal and external area of the car along with the engine bay and boot. Checks will be completed for illuminated warning lights on the dashboard, and, where necessary, we may ask to inspect the vehicle in our Derby Preparation Centre.

Offer is not available to trade customers.

5. Free Williams Paint Protection

Can only be redeemed at Motorpoint Derby store, when purchasing a new car,valid until 1st September 2025.

7. Goody Bag

Goody bag must be claimed by 1st September 2025 by emailing laura.newman@motorpoint.co.uk

Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages that occur during transit.

Good Bag will aim to be dispatched by 10th June 2025.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or other alternatives.
