Motorpoint has temporarily closed its branches in England

“Motorpoint has temporarily closed its branch network in England but our free Home Delivery and Contactless Reserve and Collect services will continue to operate as normal across the country”

The UK’s largest independent car retailer has closed its network of sites throughout England to customers in response to the latest Government guidelines.

Motorpoint, which is scheduled to open its latest branch in Stockton-On-Tees in December, will continue to offer its hugely popular free national Home Delivery service as normal during this period together with its appointment only Contactless Reserve and Collect service. The latter now also comes with a hassle free 14-day money back guarantee to ensure total piece of mind during the period of the lockdown.

Mark Carpenter, Chief Executive Officer of Motorpoint, explained: “At Motorpoint our customers and colleagues are at the heart of everything we do. Therefore, as a result of the latest Government guidelines, Motorpoint has temporarily closed its branch network in England but our free Home Delivery and Contactless Reserve and Collect services will continue to operate as normal across the country.”

The Motorpoint branch in Scotland remains unaffected and will continue to trade as normal seven days a week while the Motorpoint branches in Wales are scheduled to fully re-open from Monday, November 9.

Motorpoint currently has over 5,000 low mileage, nearly new cars and light commercial vehicles available from over 30 different manufacturers. Every vehicle comes with the balance of manufacturer’s warranty backed by the Motorpoint Price Promise. This means Motorpoint will refund the difference to any customer within seven days of their order if they find the same car cheaper from a competitor. As an added bonus, it will also give the customer £50 worth of Amazon vouchers to spend.
