Yes, in the UK, you'll find two Honda hatchback models. The smaller of the two is the Honda Jazz, which is roughly the same size as a Ford Fiesta or Volkswagen Polo. Then there's the Honda Civic, which is a larger family hatchback rivalling the Ford Focus or Volkswagen Golf.

Yes. The Honda Jazz measures in a little over four metres long – within a few millimetres of the Ford Fiesta and Volkswagen Polo. That means it's very easy to park with tight dimensions and windows that stretch almost to the edges of the bodywork for great visibility. Parking sensors were standard on all Jazzes except the entry-level S trim but, once the new Jazz launched in late 2020, they became standard across the range.

Don't judge the Jazz by its small cover, however. It uses clever engineering and packaging to give an astonishing amount of interior space considering how small the car is on the outside. Four adults will sit comfortably in the Jazz, or five for shorter hops – and you can even fold the rear-seat bases up like theatre seats to store tall items upright in the rear footwell.
