We were able to look around the cars without being bothered by sales people. When we decided we wanted to look at a car James was very helpful and I could immediately take it for a test drive.

Josh was really helpful from the first phone call to the final handover of the car.My wife was very nervous about the test drive and driving around roads she wasn't familiar with,but he put her at ease straight away.The showroom was spotlessly clean and a really friendly vibe around the place.Will definitely buy again from there.

Sold my car with Motorpoint and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. The online valuation was fair, and finalising everything in the showroom was quick and easy. On arrival there was no pressure from staff whatsoever whilst we viewed the stock on the forecourts. Staff were only too happy to help and assist you with any cars you wished to view. Part exchange was a very good price. On collection of my car, Kurt was very helpful and made our experience of buying a new car stress free!

Seamless process from start to finish. Financials agreed in principle over the phone with James in Derby, including part ex value and reservation fee (refundable if not proceed). Visit to Swansea easy, with fantastic help from Alex and Lucas we drove away with deal completed as agreed, insurance arranged and car tax sorted.
