Good initial service at Widnes although the salesman seemed rushed to complete the sale. We noticed that he had added extended warranty to our account which we did not request. The young lady who delt with our purchase was very polite and helpful. I had been at work all night and she made sure I had a coffee and gave me time to digest all information. When there was an issue with the registration document she was apologetic and kept us informed all the time. Her name was miss salman. A very easy purchase of our new car

Every part of the process was explained to me from the beginning to the end. Everything was very quick and efficient, all the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere with coming up to christmas was lovely. Customer service is of very high standard here. I walked away the same day with the car I wanted, very happy. Big thanks to motorpoint Glasgow!!!
