The salesman, Brandon, was very helpful but not too pushy. He gave us time to look around. The whole experience was efficient and pleasant. The only criticism we have is that the pick up time was altered from midday to 4pm which meant that it was dark and extremely busy as we didn't leave the showroom until after 5.30pm. Motorpoint were so easy to deal with and let you do the talking whilst they listened to what you were looking for. Joe was great and listened to what we wanted and made the process of buying a car really straightforward and easy. Came away with 2 cars that me and wife both loved. There was no power selling. I could wander about looking at the cars, then ask to speak to the sales team when I was ready. When I did speak to Daniella, she helped me find the right car for my needs, and thanks to part-ex, within my budget. Thanks to Rebecca for supporting me on collection day.

Generally good and efficient purchase of new car. No hassle with part exchange and honoured cost quoted over the phone. Only downside was the car we bought could have been a bit cleaner inside - muddy footprints and various marks.
