Sales folks clearly know how to sell. One suggestion is vehicle hand over should ideally take the customer through all functions so as to help remove chance of the customer bringing the vehicle back for an issue to be corrected that should not be there... [Read More]

Wide selection of cars to choose from. Lovely and welcoming salesforce especially Hugh and Ayesha, no pressure or hard selling, arranged a test drive for us within 10 minutes on the day to head out immediately. Initially dealt with Tom. Explained our budget and what type of car we were looking for. Had a look around the yard with no pressure to buy. Sat in a few cars again no pressure to buy.
