I’m really pleased with my new car. Every step of the process from helping us find a car to driving it away was seamless, easy and fast. Kaylum was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and was the brilliant person behind the whole process. Probably the best car sale process we’ve experienced because of him! Pleasant friendly staff, no pushy sales pressure. Good price and value of add ons explained well. All a bit high tech but I expect it is the same everywhere. A bit complex when I encountered a problem post sale as not so good when calling back and giving me correct instruction and information.
