Original negotiation with Tom, laid back, not pushy. Kept everything simple. Sealed the deal for me. Collection - tiny issues resolved swiftly and professionally by James, smooth and smiley! And Declan - excellent customer service - shoddy cup of tea! Seriously impressive.

Staff member was very helpful, explaining the system very clearly and giving us every opportunity to ask questions. The trade in price for my car was good and the cost of the car I bought was also very reasonable.
