We purchased a used Toyota Auris from Motorpoint Maidstone in September and are absolutely thrilled with it! I can’t fault the service received by motorpoint! Raees was very helpful and assisted with my purchase. Having bought cars from other well known dealerships and having bad experiences, Motorpoint were amazing and I would not buy a car from anywhere else.

Jack who sold me my car at Motorpoint Birtley was exceptional. Even to the point of tuning in all my favourite radio stations. It’s not the first car I’ve bought from the Birtley branch, I bought a For Focus back in 2007. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

As the last survey I filled in all management and staff extremely helpful and pleasant until I made a call to the office which I asked a question regarding the whereabouts of the car mats that seem to have been removed from the vehicle I have enquired 2 more times but with no answers. Very happy with my purchase but?

Unfortunately I couldn't get the finance I wanted to purchase the car however the staff were extremely helpful throughout the process.
