First time I have had dealings with Motorpoint. Just sold my Mini Countryman to the Ipswich branch. Great service, Oliver was friendly and professional. They checked over the car and explained what they were checking for, how the process worked and I came away with a great price. Would definitely use them again.

I knew what I wanted and it was a straight forward process to part exchange and purchase my car. Staff were not pushy and the sales assistant was very helpful in terms of reducing bureaucracy and smoothing the experience

From first walking in to driving away with my new car I was allowed to go at my own pace. I was not pressured into anything and my contact ( Steven) was knowledgeable and even found the answer to a couple of questiona i had.
