The whole process was so easy! I found the car I wanted at a great price and a couple of days later I had it. No hidden fees, no hard sales tactics, just friendly and helpful staff that made everything happen seamlessly. Best car buying experience I have ever had (and I've had about 15 cars now). 5 stars!

Initial choosing and purchase of the car was great, sales rep very helpful helping us choose the right car. Unfortunately collection of vehicle was disappointing through lack of communication and customer care.

Overall very good. Gian was very helpful. Other staff good on email. Sheffield branch fine - but HQ systems and phone routing poor. Had to travel an extra time to get a test drive as we turned up to our appointment and they had lost the keys, but otherwise straightforward, friendly, and a quick final buying process.
