Our Salesmen, Kaylum Sharp was a great he really explained everything in high quality detail. Genuine great service from helping me pick out which car was best suitable, to providing me services on which are beneficial. Great experience and made my purchase go very smooth.

No pressure to buy a car whatsoever, we were left to view to vehicle and when we needed help the very friendly staff were not far away. A very pleasant experience to buying a newer used car.

There was no hard sell. We were able to browse at our leisure and use our mobile to scan the qr code for all the details. The salesman was helpful and after a test drive, he guided us through the process. We had an issue with the air conditioning but it was resolved immediately. Cannot fault the customer service.

The best experience of buying a car by far. Helpful, not pushy staff. Did not try to sell us something we didn't want or need. The whole process was dealt with in a speedy, honest and professional manner. Would definitely recommend Motorpoint.

When we first visited motorpoint to view vehicles we were asked if we needed any help which we declined. There were no sales people trying to or influence use. We were left to our own devices too view vehicles in our own time. When we found vehicles we wanted to test drive they were bought out to us with no issues at all. The guy who i first had contact with was great but when I went to collect the car a few days later he was on holiday and the guy I was dealing with seemed very distant and uninterested. Very happy. I’d booked in for an 1130 test drive/collection at the Coventry branch but arrived a good half hour earlier. Expecting to wait I was welcomed and immediately taken to the vehicle and left to inspect it. After the test drive Joe dealt with the paperwork process quickly and effectively . Very, very happy with the car and service. Thank you!
