Visited Motorpoint Norwich on two occasions. Viewing a car and then to have a test drive and part exchange quote. Both times well looked after and everything explained about potential purchase. Any questions answered efficiently and effectively.

What a stress free way of buying a car. Having not purchased a second hand car in years, I was not looking forward to the whole process, how wrong was I? Know nothing about cars? Hate the haggle experience? This is the place for you. To top it all Joe, who helped us was amazing.

Staff all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Seemed a very fair company to deal with. Encountered some process difficulties at payment stage. Otherwise, have no hesitation to recommend.

I enjoyed the professionalism with which the company supported me in buying my car. They were transparent and answered all my questions and worked with me to provide the kind of finance that will not impact my current lifestyle nagetively. Most refreshing was the attentive and friendly staff (Chris & Jack). There was a delay in test driving but more of a inconvenience than a failure in customer service. Will return for future family purchases

Not pushy listened to what we had to say and wanted and met all our requirements. Everything went smoothly from start to finish the salesman we dealt with was excellent and kept in touch after the sale to make sure everything was still ok.
