I had a great experience buying my car from Motorpoint Chingford. A special thanks to Manderson, who was friendly, helpful and professional throughout the whole process. The staff were curtious and professional, we dealt with Alex. The buying process didn't feel rushed. We knew the brand and model of car we were after and when we rang and booked the test drive the person we spoke to ran through the various extras available, there was no pressure to purchase them. Sold my car to Motorpoint Edinburgh. The process was very straight forward and simple. I was offered a fair price and arranged an appointment on line. Did not try to haggle me down but honoured the original offer. Payment was in my bank account within minutes. Great service.

After being let down by another company i had seen a car at motorpointwidnes. i was met by big smiley face george who did very well to calm me down and make me feel at ease. his understudy being equally efficient. i’m now driving in the car i wanted and love it. Thanks to all the team you have made an old man happy no easy feat thankyou🫡👍

The experience was great, overall. I wanted to pay partly with my credit card and this became problematic and one that could not be solved, on the day. Luckily, I had back up. Nightmare getting to branch as access road closed. Once we eventually managed to access the building everything went very smoothly. They examined the car and gave us the price quoted online which we were very happy with. Money in our account in fifteen mins. Superb service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
