The impression of a company that wants to do the best for it's customers rather than just pile em high sell em cheap. The car needed 4 new tyres and good quality Continental tyres were put on.

Great service as always - this was my third car purchase from Motorpoint. The whole process from start to finish was easy and hassle-free. Their sales staff are extremely helpful and professional with no sales pressure whatsoever. I would certainly recommend them to a friend looking to purchase a good used or nearly new vehicle.

Despite it being the Christmas holiday,the staff at motorpoint Derby made buying our car easy. They kept us informed as our car was transported, answering questions by email quickly and we were even able to collect it earlier than expected. Would recommend.

Straightforward and stress free purchase of a new car. I got a very decent Value for my car, Usually other buyers knock out a terrible huge amount from the initial offer they give even when the car in pristine condition.
