We went down to Motorpoint Swansea and worked with Jodi and Reece to purchase a Hyundai Tucson. From the moment we walked through the door, to the test drive and subsequent purchase - it was easy. Really knowledgeable staff, very friendly and took their time explaining the whole process.

I had a few Cars from Motorpoint. Great Cars reasonable prices. No hassle just walk round and select what you like. And then speak to a Sales person. Brandon White I had dealing with twice now. Such a nice guy no pressure, full of knowledge and experience and easy to get on with understanding and patient.

Very good customer service, Joe was helpful in every respect, he was helpful from the moment I chose the car until I handed over the keys. In my opinion, the best salesman 10 out of 10

No pressure, nobody pushing to sell you everything, no quibble over the part ex price. The only delay was having to tax and insure the vehicle on site, as from previous dealings with other dealers. Where most of what they said they went back on, not the case with motorpoint.

4th vehicle I have purchased from Motorpoint. Only issue was that the tyre pressures had not been checked prior to collection and had to stop at services on the way home as all 4 were under pressure.
