This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from motorpoint but the 1st from the Castleford branch. We received excellent customer service throughout the whole process. From the moment we walk in the derby store Martin looked after us all the way through and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. There was a slight delay on us getting the car, due to parts issue at another branch, but we were kept in the loop all the way. Really pleased with the car and service recieved.

The staff were courteous and polite every time that I met them, readily available and not at all pushy. It was an urgent purchase but ideally I would have organised more of it face to face and delayed my decision so that I could research a few things further, particularly options to find cheaper loan rates.
