Straightforward and stress free purchase of a new car. Staff were helpful and friendly enough although there seemed to be a lack of knowledge about the model and make I bought ( I was able to get the information I needed by looking online but was surprised at this) The only disappointing aspect is Motorpoint's failure to follow up with a post-sales query.... Great experience with Seth from looking at cars to buying one.. I got a very decent Value for my car, Usually other buyers knock out a terrible huge amount from the initial offer they give even when the car in pristine condition. My experience wirh motorpoint Newport was very good had a car in mind to look at but found it not up to what I had in mind so looked at numerous cars then settled on the car that had what wanted wasn't pushy with the sales just left me to do what I wanted

Was really happy with my car purchase from Motorpoint especially with the sales assistant Sam proper down to earth guy and looks for the best for his customers every time we go in to motor point Sam is straight on it trying to help as best as he can. He is a real asset to the company.
