It was an easy process and Nathan John the sales person in the Swansea branch was really helpful and made me feel at ease. He explained the process of buying the car, showed me around the car, where the necessary documents is service records, car manual etc. all in all it was a pleasant experience.

The conversation went great, the proccess of reserving the car and have it transported to my preffered location was easy, Josh was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable when it came to extra products such as extended warranty and paint protection. I will definitely try motorpoint again in the future if i'm looking for a new car.

From the initial enquiry to the final day of pickup we were kept up to date on progress of the car being prepared being moved to a more convenient branch. The handover went well no feelings of being rushed into a decision.
