Keanan's customer service was very good. Friendly and approachable. Even after buying the car I had a query and he was welcoming to assist. Appreciate the service 😁 Have used motorpoint on 2 previous occasions and never had an issue. Customer service is topnotch.

I went to Motorpoint to buy a car and part exchange. Great service received throughout, from the initial phone call confirming my order and details to arriving at the Edinburgh store to collect my new car. Great friendly staff.

My original contact was with Danny Tamber, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained all I needed to know I was pleasantly surprised with the whole process. My collection point was Birmingham, I was once again very impressed with your representative Dawid Kucharski, he completed all the paperwork and was happy to answer all my queries.
