We sold a car to Motorpoint today and I must share my experience. The whole team are extremely welcoming and polite and very open and honest. Ibo checked our car initially on Sunday and was honest and very helpful when advising on what we needed to go away and do to get the best price we can for the car for example an oil service. Great experience with Motorpoint at Castleford, all staff we came into contact with were extremrly friendly and polite. Would highly recommend, no pressure sales either but staff are more than hsppy to help if/ehen needed.

I purchased am mg3 from the Peterborough site of motorpoint on 8th June, Ella symonds was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and gave excellent customer service, the whole appointment was a pleasurable experience, i was also very happy with the price and their attention to detail, i would highly recommend a visit there, love my new car, thank you Ella xxx

Pretty easy from start to finish. from the greeting as you entered to picking up the keys. Rob and noah were pleasant to deal with. They were able to answer all my questions. having never driven an automatic before I was pleased to have a test drive. safe to say I won't go back to a manual.

Very efficient and friendly service provided. First time for me using Motorpoint and I would use them again. Offered me what I wanted in part exchange and had a good choice of cars. They just happened to have the car I wanted and wasn't too far away from home. So far very pleased with my car.
