Jack who sold me my car at Motorpoint Birtley was exceptional. Even to the point of tuning in all my favourite radio stations. It’s not the first car I’ve bought from the Birtley branch, I bought a For Focus back in 2007. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

As the last survey I filled in all management and staff extremely helpful and pleasant until I made a call to the office which I asked a question regarding the whereabouts of the car mats that seem to have been removed from the vehicle I have enquired 2 more times but with no answers. Very happy with my purchase but?

Our visit was a pleasurable and no hassle experience. Knowledgeable staff who explained how everything worked and who pointed us in the right direction to view the particular models we were interested in. My experience at Motorpoint Norwich was great from walking in to driving my new vehicle away. The sales person I was allocated made my experience relaxed and totally stress free, even with my two grandchildren in tow!
