A good experience overall with a couple of issues. First of all the milage advertised was 600 miles more than advertised. Secondly my trade in was on a private plate. I was told that the £250 required ,pending me handing over my trade in with it,s original V5 , would be refunded. This was not the case.I returned and queried the £50 refund . I was shown th... Ok so this the third car that I’ve bought via MP and they’ve all been good experiences- however the “car service” as opposed to the sales service - is a bit of a waste of time. A car service should be a full proper service not just a pollen filter and some screen wash. That grump apart - I’ll still buy another MP car!
