Nice low mileage car reasonably priced except for the transfer fee on inspection I pointed out some faults that were rectified before leaving with the car plus I was promised on the phone when 1st asking about the car that it would have a full service which was not done but it has been booked in to be carried out. During the sales process I had a good experience. The only reason I haven’t given this a 5 star review is towards the end of the original transaction, I was told the car had just been reserved online . It was a little frustrating. Allow time to view cars with no pressure from sales people, however very approachable when needed to ask question. Easy system to follow, csn access any car of interest and arrange test drive quickly.

All staff we met were polite, knowledgeable and friendly For example I left my driving licence at Motorpoint on one occasion but by the time we reached home there was a message to say it was safe and would be returned on our next visit. All round a satisfactory outcome.
