The whole place was a pleasure never once was i pushed to buy a car they just let me make my own mind up thanks to abs I came away with a vehicle that man was a pleasure to talk to and definitely go back in 5 years to see him hopefully

I chose my car on line. Reserved and got it transported to a closer branch. Was left to have a good look over it and took it for a good test drive. Nathan who dealt with us was a nice professional young man. All good with the car so far. I would definitely recommend!

The car is great and takes care of my wifes medical needs. She has a plate in her leg so needed a bigger car. The only prob is the car hasnt got a jack or wheelbrace.Aii staff were brilliant

The sales team and collection in Swansea were excellent, however 2 days into using my new car the oil warning light came on showing too much oil in the car. On contacting motorpoint I was put through to a dept in Derby dealing with after sales, they offered to book the car in to be checked just over a week later, this we felt was unsatisfactory due to po... First time getting a car from motorpoint. Thomas was amazing, explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions (even if they were silly ones). If you are looking to buy or lease a car I would recommend motorpoint 100%, I also would recommend Thomas as she was amazing, and was 10/10
