⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great service from Motorpoint, the staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. I did a vehicle swap and had to pick up my new car in Swansea, the staff there were absolutely lovely. They helped me find the perfect car at the right price for my budget. Very satisfied with my experience!

Buying my car was stress free, I arrived at the show room in Maidstone and was greeted in a professional manner by Darcy. I was invited to look over the car and told, no pressure, take your time, was left alone to browse which was excellent as I could have a good look around the car. I sold my car to Motorpoint Derby. They gave me a valuation on line and that is what they paid on the day. We were dealt with by a trainee sales advisor, Francisco Santos, who was polite, friendly and the whole process took about 20 minutes!

The Motorpoint staff were so helpful and friendly. Not too pushy and allowed us to relax and take our time looking at all the cars. After we made a decision and agreed a sale (part exchange) the paperwork and final checks on car etc were done efficiently and without any problems. A stress free experience!

Overall experience good. Purchased nextbase dashcam disappointed at length of time having to wait for them to be fitted It is longer than advised. If I had known it was going to take so long I wouldn't have purchased them.
