I had a great experience for the 3rd time purchasing a car from you. There’s just one thing wrong the beading around the drivers seat window is loose & air conditioning not great Thanks once again .

Customer service was top notch. Sion is a very good man, he made all the process very easy and simple, Sion went extra mile to make sure I was happy eventually as I was very stressed. Quick, easy car buying process!!, left alone to look around the car at my leisure without pressure. Worked out a good deal for me, simple process and great service as well to top it off!! Will definitely use Motorpoint again. Sales advisor Corey was top class, friendly and super helpful, good communication with him to keep me updated through the process.

Everybody at the Ipswich branch are so friendly that it does not matter who you see they will help you in any way you need.
