Motorpoint Price Pledge

If you find a like for like car for less at a competitor dealer within 7 days, we’ll refund the difference and give you a £50 Amazon voucher.

Offer Conditions 

• The car must be the same as the Motorpoint car to be bought in terms of: make, model, specification, including colour, engine size, transmission, registration plate two digit age identifier, service history and have had a similar number of previous owners

• The car must come with a similar warranty period  

• Mileage must be within 1000 miles of the Motorpoint car 

• The car must be available for purchase and delivery within the same time frame as Motorpoint offers

• The car must be prepared to the same high standards as the Motorpoint car and the price be available to the general public from a reliable retail outlet (car supermarkets and main dealers who are VAT registered only) nationally (excluding Northern Ireland). Private sellers, sole traders and cars ‘sold as seen’ will not be considered

• The customer who is making the claim must be the purchaser of the Motorpoint car named on the Order Form/Sales Invoice

• Promotions and temporary discounts are not included

• The claim must be made within 7 days from and including the date the customer places the order (this is not the same as the date of collection of the car unless it is a same-day drive away)

• The cash price of the vehicle must be cheaper. All other charges mentioned hereafter are not included: Delivery charges, Interest charges, PDI (pre-delivery inspection), Part exchange, Tax, MOT and warranty.

• Customers are limited to one claim within 1 year 

• Lower price must be evidenced by a genuine written quote from a reliable retail outlet or car supermarket. Two cars from Motorpoint cannot be compared. 

• In the event of any dispute regarding these offer conditions, Motorpoint’s decision shall be final and we reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time

How to make the claim

• All claims should be made by contacting Customer Care on 01332 426351 or via email on customercare@motorpoint.co.uk 

Refund

• Any successful claim that is agreed after the day of collection will have the refund amount sent by cheque to the customer named on the invoice within 30 days of the claim being accepted

• Any successful claim that is agreed prior to collection will have the refund amount deducted from the invoice at the point of collection

• In addition to the refund, £50 worth of Amazon vouchers will be sent electronically and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
