The Role

Dealing with customers is key to maintaining Motorpoint’s strong reputation, our Customer Service Assistants do one of the most important jobs in our business; which is to hand over purchased vehicles and ensure that the customer is satisfied when taking their car home.

We want our customers to come away having had a great customer experience and to do this we are looking for a customer focused Customer Service Assistant who will have a passion for delivering a great service while acting honestly, with integrity and taking responsibility for the hand over and aftersales of each customer. 

So let us tell you a little bit more about what you will be doing in this role. You will be responsible for the full vehicle handover process including all paperwork, finance sign ups and vehicle demonstration. Offering a bespoke service to each and every customer, you will deliver exceptional customer service whilst adhering to Motorpoint’s Customer Service Quality Standard.

We are looking for someone who has experience of working within a face to face Customer Service environment. Working in a team is really important in this role and liaising between various departments to ensure effective working practices. We are looking for someone who is able to build a strong rapport with our customers and is a confident and articulate communicator with attention to detail. Our Customer Service Assistants are responsible for meeting and greeting all customers on arrival to site and also be the point of contact for customers who come back to site.

Due to the nature of the role you will need a full, clean driving licence and be able to drive/park.

Motorpoint’s first site was in Derby and our most recent site has been opened in Sheffield.
