The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Controller to come and join the Motorpoint family.

As a Sales Controller your role will be to work closely in supporting the Sales Manager to inspire and empower Sales colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your ability to engage and develop people to become highly effective customer champions in a Sales environment will be critical to your success and that of your colleagues. We are looking for an excellent communicator and a natural leader with the ability to coach and motivate others.

In this role it is important that you demonstrate behaviours and communicate in a style that upholds our Motorpoint Core Values.  Key parts of this role are coaching and training to improve performance, regular customer experience checks with feedback and always looking at ways to improve.  You will ensure that the Motorpoint Sales process is followed,  that paperwork is completed accurately and NPS and Same Day Driveaway targets are hit.

If you have a proven successful track record in a Sales environment, supervisory experience and the ability to drive Sales results and KPI’s while ensuring that everyone is working in a positive environment then we want to hear from you.

Due to that nature of the role you will need a full, clean driving licence and be able to drive/park

Motorpoint was established in 1998 and we have recently celebrated our 20th birthday, we have 12 great sites across the UK plus our Head Office and Online Sales team in Derby. Motorpoint’s first site was in Derby and our most recent site has been opened in Sheffield. We are a fast paced growing business with our values at the heart of everything we do.  We stock over 7000 cars that are all under 3 years old and have less than 15,000 miles on the clock.
