Motorpoint made our first experience of using them very easy .Erkan was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble ! He sorted everything out and we had nothing to worry about ! Will definitely be returning

We had a good experience

I dealt with a number of sales people at Motorpoint Chingford during the process of buying my 9 months old BMW car... including Gorkem, Shah and Nik the new manager. All were friendly and helpful...and Shah particularly so. I live around the corner from Motorpoint and have bought several cars from them over the years. On this occasion they sourced the car from their Ipswich branch. It was in very good condition for a good price. There were a few cosmetic remedials to be done..which unfortunately took an unnecessary amount of disjointed time ...but got there in the end. We agreed for them to waive the £149 car transportation fee ..as wasn't upfront that clear that car was coming with only one key. Also having to pay a £149 Admin Fee was a pain. Everything in life involves an element of 'admin' !...and if you are in the business of selling cars I don't see why you should ask the customer to pay for the admin.! Anyway ..the overall experience was positive...and I was offered a fair p/ex price ...better than Webuyanycar and Big Motoring World. Bear in mind they are not a 'garage' ...so, if your car should need it down the line, you'll need to go elsewhere to get any mechanical work done. Overall: Recommended

A great place to buy a nearly new car, a smaller Motorpoint than most but the service was good and the purchase was made easy by the sales man. I got a good px price and am extremely happy with my new car. Take a look and see for your self.
