From the onset, all the members of people I dealt with with was very helpful.Nothing was to much trouble the young lady who did the change over of car was brilliant Despite the problem of getting insurance Shania never gave up.

It was straight forward to purchase a car I was given a great price for my old car the member off staff Keenan was very helpful and was always there when I needed info on things I was not shore :-)

I have never used Motorpoint previously, but,after the experience I had whilst buying my latest car, I will always use them from now on! The staff were all great, with the exception of the manager Michael who was phenomenal to deal with. I will happily tell my friends and family to visit Motorpoint when they are in need of a new car!!!!

Spoke to Pav, very informative and helpful sales agent. Even though Motorpoint did not have the car I was looking for, he went above and beyond to help fin something as close as possible. Thank you for your efforts Pav!

I had already found a car I was looking for online and I went to test drive it and was happy with the service I got. The only slight issue I had was with the call centre who try to sell you all sorts of things and didn't seem to know when the local branch was open. Generally very good experience, staff were friendly and helpful and the site is spacious with lots of room to look around cars. The process of purchasing was quick and easy and car was ready to collect within a couple of days. Buying a used car is a fraught business. The quality of Motorpoint's cars, certainly from my experience, appear to exceed the other dealerships, evidenced online and on their forecourts, giving the buyer greater confidence and sense that Motorpoint care about their stock. Excellent service at Motorpoint. Its the second time of purchase there. The Salesman Kurt made the whole experience smooth, easy, enjoyable and professional. Our new car is a pleasure and a joy to drive. We would certainly return sometime on the future.

It would have been 5 stars had the post deal telephone communication system been a lot more efficient. Service given by sales representatives was impeccable but I just needed clarification on one or two issues which needed yes / no answers and waiting on hold at Chingford branch was excruciating!

Motorpoint made buying my car simple . Really broke the information down so I could make decisions and considered best options . Friendly and approachable staff . Drive away in my new car the same day and assured me that I could pop back in store if I needed anything more.

Everything went smoothly except for the lingering cigarette smell in the car I just bought. I hope that it will fade away over time, but the smell is irritating. Otherwise, good value for money spent
