Our experience with motorpoint was good,great service from start to finish

I recently visited Motorpoint in Burnley and I had a great experience! I used the online chat function to get a registration for a vehicle I was interested in, but by the time I had done the quote the car had gone. Kurt was incredibly helpful and arranged for me to come in later that evening to view some other cars. He was incredibly kind, patient and polite. He wasn’t pushy like you expect car salesmen to be. I ended up buying the first car I’d seen on the forecourt and was able to arrange collection for the day after!! The process was seamless, I had everything I needed sent to me via email and I didn’t have to worry about anything. I collected the car and went on my way. Upon noticing the rear wiper made an awful sound and didn’t clear the window, I quickly got back in touch with Kurt. He arranged for a colleague from customer service to get in touch with me, who did and sent out a replacement wiper free of charge! The new wiper is brilliant and fixed the issue completely. I cannot fault the service I received from Kurt, thank you!

The salesman was very helpful and we sailed through the process. All our questions were answered honestly and fully. It was quite a good experience not to be bullied which at some garages is the norm.
