The seven acre dealership, which is based at 2 Lichfield Road, is home to over 400 new and nearly new low mileage vehicles from over 30 different manufacturers, the majority of which are undercover. As the seventh location for the UK’s leading car supermarket, this showroom is conveniently located close to Birmingham city centre, just half a mile from junction 1 of the A38(M).
Launched in July 2013, Motorpoint Birmingham boasts ample free parking, free Wi-Fi plus a coffee shop onsite open seven days a week.
John is the General Manager for Motorpoint Birmingham. One of the longest serving members of staff at Motorpoint, John was until recently based at the company’s headquarters in Derby. The ‘face’ of Motorpoint TV, he has over 30 years experience of working in motoring throughout the Midlands.
Eddi is the Office Manager at Motorpoint Birmingham. A former University graduate, she has worked in a variety of roles for the company prior to her current position. Eddi is responsible for running the administrative side of things on the site, making sure customers get everything they need to take the car away. Away from work, Eddi helps organise fashion shows for up and coming brand Mobu
Daniel is the Stock Manager at Motorpoint Birmingham. Previously with another car supermarket, where he undertook a variety of roles, he joined the team when it launched in mid-2013 and has truly excelled in his role. A huge asset to the team, Daniel is also an award-winning angler, featuring regularly on the cover of various fishing magazines in the UK.
Mark is the Sales Manager for Motorpoint Birmingham. Recently married, Mark has worked for Motorpoint for the last three years, initially as a salesman before progressing to Business Manager and then Sales Controller. He began his professional life working in recruitment in South Wales.
Dean is the Workshop Manager for Motorpoint Birmingham. A former Croupier, he has been tinkering with cars since he was a little boy. He joined Motorpoint last summer after several years working in a similar role for a Fiat/Alfa Romeo specialist in the city. Outside of work he is a keen ‘fair weather’ golfer
Michelle Lowry is the Customer Services Manager at Motorpoint Birmingham. She originally joined the UK’s leading car supermarket as an Administration Assistant but her hard work and enthusiasm saw her promoted to her current role. Michelle is responsible for all aspects of customer service at our brand new site in Birmingham. Outside of work, she can often be found taking her three dogs for long walks.
