Not content with transforming the way in which people buy cars over the last decade, it has been busy behind the scenes, also changing how people buy their cars – investing in the latest cutting edge technology to enable Motorpoint staff to deal with customers in the most efficient and effective manner possible.
This is backed by iQuote, our industry-leading customer management system, which is utilised by our sales team across the UK. iQuote provides staff, and thus the customer, with a full vehicle description (including performance, insurance group etc) together with a range of obligation-free competitive finance quotes - all in a matter of minutes. All quotes are saved on iQuote. If a customer subsequently decides to purchase a vehicle, any member of the sales team can then instantly retrieve that information in order to process the order.
Motorpoint has always believed that the service it provides doesn’t end when a customer takes delivery of their vehicle. At Motorpoint, we have a dedicated aftersales department to ensure that any problems you may encounter while driving one of our vehicles is resolved in a satisfactory manner.
