Motorpoint isn’t the type of company to rest on its laurels. Not content with transforming the way in which people buy cars over the last decade, it has been busy behind the scenes, changing how people also buy their cars –investing in the latest cutting edge technology to enable Motorpoint staff to deal with customers in the most efficient and effective manner possible.
 
For instance, the Motorpoint website gives users access to a full real-time stock-list, enabling customers to view our entire range of cars at their leisure 24/7. In addition, there is also an online reservation facility. With such strong stock turnover, this easy to use facility enables customers to secure their vehicle of choice simply with the click of a button (subject to the car being available of course) prior to completing a purchase.
 
DoubleQuote
 
This is backed by DoubleQuote, our industry-leading customer management system, which is utilised by our sales force across the UK. DoubleQuote provides staff, and thus the customer, with a full vehicle description (including performance, insurance group etc) together with a range of obligation-free competitive finance quotes - all in a matter of minutes. All quotes are saved on DoubleQuote. If a customer subsequently decides to purchase a vehicle, any member of the sales team can then instantly retrieve that information in order to process the order.  
 
ClearPrice
 
DoubleQuote works in tandem with ClearPrice.A tailor-made programme, ClearPrice allows the sales person to instantly value a customer’s part exchange, simply by entering in the registration number and the mileage. ClearPrice draws data from five industry heavyweights - HPI, Glass's Guide, DVLA, CAP and the SMMT (Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders) to ensure the current market value is being quoted.
 
Aftersales
 
Motorpoint has always believed that the service it provides doesn’t end when a customer takes delivery of their vehicle. At Motorpoint we have a dedicated aftersales department to ensure that any problems that you may encounter while driving one of our vehicles is resolved in a satisfactory manner. Vehicles are supplied with balance of manufacturers warranty where available. Vehicles may not be to UK spec. Specification subject to confirmation on inspection. You may not be the first registered keeper. An optional preparation service is available for an additional £62.13. Vehicles may be moved from site to site at an additional cost.
